Please read the passage before the commentary.
There is no more than one word of God. There is not one word of the Father, another of the Son and another of the Holy Spirit. All that the Father has is what the Son has. All that the Son has is also from the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit speaks the words of Jesus and Jesus speaks the words of the Father. There is no more than one word of God.
The oneness od God in three persons is the oneness of the same word of God. Is there a word of God that is not given in the Bible? Yes, Jesus said, “Although I have much to say to you, but you cannot hear it now, but when the Holy Spirit comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth.” The Holy Spirit received from the Son what the Father has.
There are three persons to God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. There is a trinity od persons, but only one God. There is also a trinity of creation, earth, water and gas. There is a trinity in construction, the triangle, the simplest and strongest construct. There is a trinity in the three branches of government, that of the legislature, that of the executive, and that of the judicial branch. There is a trinity in the family, that of the father, that of the mother and that of the child.
There is trinity in baseball, three strikes, three outs, three sets of three innings, to mention only a few. There are more, but this is about the Holy Trinity, not about baseball.
All these trinities can remind us of the trinity of three persons in our one God. These three persons of the one God always say the same word of God, whether that word is written ion the Bible or not. There is no more than one word of God.
